Little Gardeners Photo Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   
   • Open to UK residents only.
   • Children aged 12 and under.
   • Entry must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian of the child featured.
2. How to Enter
   
   • Email a photo to laura@homeandgardencentre.co.uk between Saturday 24th May 2025 and 23:59 on Sunday 1st June 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
   • One entry per child, but families may enter multiple children separately.
3. Prizes
   
   • Three (3) winners will each receive a kids’ gardening themed bundle tailored to their age.
   • Exact contents may vary and prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
   • Haddenham Garden Centre reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable.
   • You must be able to come into store to collect the prize once notified it is ready to collect. We cannot post any prizes.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
   
   • Winners will be chosen by an internal judging panel and notified by Monday 9th June 2025.
   • Winners will be contacted via the email address used to enter. If no response is received within seven (7) days, we reserve the right to award the prize to a runner-up.
   • We will announce the winners with winning photos on our Facebook and Instagram pages (Haddenham Garden Centre) shortly after contacting them via email.
5. Image Rights & Data Protection
   
   • By entering, you confirm you are the parent/legal guardian and grant Haddenham Garden Centre a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use the image, your child’s first name, age, and a brief description of their gardening activity for promotional purposes — including on our social media channels and website.
   • Photos will be used solely in connection with this competition and will not be shared with third parties without additional consent.
   • Only first names and ages will be published – no surnames or other personally identifying details.
6. Photo Removal / Queries
   
   • You may request removal of your child’s image at any time by emailing laura@homeandgardencentre.co.uk.
   • For any other questions, please contact the same address.
7. General
   
   • Haddenham Garden Centre reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or these terms at any time if circumstances arise outside our reasonable control.
   • Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
