Front of House Supervisor – Restaurant

Full Time: 39.5 hours

We are looking for an experienced supervisor who has a passion for standards and results. A warm and friendly personality is essential to be able to connect with our customers and motivate and inspire our growing team.

Are you the supervisor we are looking for?

As our supervisor you would:

  • Assist with ordering and stocktaking
  • Oversea the daily running of the Front of House operations
  • Manage and develop a growing team with a hands-on approach
  • Maintain budgets and financial control within the area
  • Ensure the team complies with health and hygiene regulations
  • Help plan and implement new promotions, initiatives and events in conjunction with the Restaurant and Front of House Manager.

Do You have?

  • Experience working within a similar food service role.

The positions are part time: 23-24 hours per week including one day at the weekend.

The main duties of the role include:

  • Operating the till and serving customers.

Are you passionate about horticulture with a good knowledge of plants? Are you good with people?

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and hands on Plant Area Assistant with a keen interest in horticulture to join our team and assist the Plant Manager with the day to day running of our plant area.

The position is full time: 40 hours per week including alternate weekends

The positions are part time (25-30 hours per week including alternate weekends).

To work within our new Farm Shop you will need to have a love for food and be inspired and motivated by a passion for quality and exceptional service.

The responsibilities of the role:

  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service, aiding customers with all queries in a polite and friendly manner
  • Merchandise stock efficiently in all areas and rotate this in accordance with company guidelines
  • Record all wastage accurately
  • Operate the scales and digital stock control system with accuracy
  • To keep up to date with all farm shop promotions, offers & competitions
